Avoiding care costs
Beware of companies promoting schemes specifically designed to avoid care costs.

These type of schemes are often expensive and can be considered 'deliberate deprivation' by Local Authorities. Always seek professional advice from qualified and regulated sources.

A common mistake
Passing ownership of the family home to children in an attempt to avoid care costs.

Many families have found that the Local Authority has actually sent the bill for their parents' care to the children.
